1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
2. Cut ribs into individual bones, place in large mixing bowl.
3. Add Fire Rub, soy sauce, Red Hot and brown sugar over ribs, toss around and mix together.
4. In a small pan melt butter and lightly Sautee garlic and ginger for 2 minutes, be careful not to burn, add to ribs, toss around and mix together.
5. Place ribs in an oven baking dish spread apart.
6. Cook for 60 minutes, loosely turning every 20 minutes.
7. Get ready for an awesome meal!
